About Me
I am a recent graduate of UC Irvine (June 2020), where I pursued a degree in Informatics with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. My initial interest was in general computer science and software engineering, and as such, I gained experience with many programming languages and software development tools during my time there. I also became comfortable using Figma for design purposes, while simultaneously learning the basics of some web development tools such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ionic, and Angular.

Through some small freelance opportunities in addition to the projects that I spent time on in college, I became familiarized with the UX design process - doing user research, competitive analysis, affinity mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and lastly testing with users and performing evaluations.

I am driven by my desire to always be learning new things and to see how everyday software-based tools can be improved, what makes a product successful and how to avoid pain points for all different kinds of users. It is my belief that accessibility and universal usability should be at the forefront of any design.

In my free time, I can be found playing video games, learning more about programming languages, cooking and baking, and spending time outdoors.
